With over 30 years of customer service experience in the airline industry, I bring that same quality of outstanding service to our dental practice. As a new addition to our office staff, I am committed to ensuring each patient feels valued and comfortable.

In my free time, I enjoy golfing, travelling, and spending time with my 3 grandchildren.

I am looking forward to meeting and assisting all of our patients while providing a positive and friendly experience from the moment they walk through our door.

With over 30 years of experience in office management and financial coordination, I play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations at Dr. John Carson's office. As the Financial Coordinator, I manage everything from patient billing and insurance claims to payment processing.

I am passionate about helping patients understand their financial options and work diligently to provide transparent billing and payment solutions that meet your needs.

Outside of work I enjoy being involved with my family, including my daughter who plays softball. I also private coach softball and am involved in the growth of the sport. My commitment to providing exceptional patient service is reflected in the trusted relationships I have built with both patients and the rest of the team at Dr. John Carson's office.

As the Patient Care Coordinator at Dr. Carson's, I'm here to ensure every patient's visit is smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. From scheduling appointments to answering questions about treatment plans and insurance, I take pride in helping our patients feel informed and at ease every step of the way.

With a background in Periodontics specifically, from being a Lead RDA/Surgical assistant to administrative duties, I understand how important clear communication and compassion are in creating a positive dental experience. I truly enjoy getting to know our patients and building relationships based on trust and support.

Outside of the office, you'll often find me either out hiking or paddle boarding in my beautiful hometown of Auburn usually with my husband Josh, and my youngest Matthew. You can also find me at home with my 20+ chickens, my dogs, Sis and Karl, and our kitty Simba.

With a passion for promoting oral health and patient care, I am a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist at Dr. Carson's office. Holding a degree in Dental Hygiene from Concorde Career College, I am dedicated to providing thorough, gentle cleanings and educating patients on the best practices for maintaining healthy teeth and gums.

Having 9 years of experience, I am well-versed in a variety of procedures, from routine cleanings to advanced treatments, and take pride in ensuring each patient feels comfortable and well cared for. Known for a friendly, approachable manner, I strive to make every visit a positive experience, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their oral health.

When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and recently started paddle boarding. I am excited to continue building lasting relationships with patients and helping them achieve beautiful, healthy smiles.

Born at Mercy San Juan Medical Center in Carmichael, California, I was raised in the surrounding communities of Sacramento, Fair Oaks, and Citrus Heights. These vibrant neighborhoods helped shape my strong work ethic, deep sense of community, and desire to make a meaningful impact through service.

In 2005, I took a major step toward a lifelong career by enrolling at Apollo College in Portland, Oregon, where I began my journey into the dental field. Now, with nearly 20 years of hands-on experience, I have built a solid foundation in dentistry grounded in skill, compassion, and professionalism. Throughout these two decades, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of dental settings, adapting to changes in technology, techniques, and patient care with enthusiasm and dedication.

I am a Certified Dental Assistant in Washington State and nationally certified through the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). I'm also a licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in California. These credentials reflect not only my qualifications but also my commitment to staying at the forefront of my field through continuous education and growth.

What continues to inspire me in dentistry is its dynamic, fast-paced nature and the constant opportunity to learn. Whether it's mastering new techniques, working closely with patients to improve their oral health, or collaborating with dental teams, I find great purpose and pride in my role.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy gardening, nurturing houseplants, and exploring multiple forms of artistic expression, including painting and mixed media art. These hobbies keep me grounded and allow me to express the creativity that also serves me well in clinical work.
