Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. All treatment is to be paid in full on the date of service unless you have made other arrangements with our office prior to treatment being started.
Dental Financing
For our patients who would prefer to spread out the costs of their dental service(s) over a series of payments, our office offers CareCredit financing. You can apply for financing using the “Get Started” button below:
Insurance Policy
We have gone to great lengths to bring high-quality and affordable dental care to you.
Our office will gladly submit insurance claims for you to keep the stress of dealing with dental insurance off your plate. We will be able to let you know how much is covered by your insurance and do everything we can to maximize your dental insurance benefits. We accept most PPO insurances and are proud to be an in-network provider with Delta Dental.

To do otherwise would violate our moral obligation to provide you with the best dental care and help you achieve your best dental health.
